What each one is

Restaurant365 is built so a multi-unit team can run accounting, inventory, and scheduling in one product. QuickBooks Online is the ledger a great many accountants already know. Plate-level food cost and a theoretical-versus-actual report are restaurant problems. They live more naturally in a restaurant system than in a general ledger.

Who still closes

Neither row on this page is a firm that signs the month. If the painful part is the close itself, the vendor list includes firms and managed back offices. That is a different purchase from either logo in the table.

FAQ

Short answers to the questions this page is built to settle.

Does Restaurant365 replace QuickBooks?

It can be the ledger, so a restaurant does not also need QuickBooks for that job. It does not remove the person who reconciles and locks the period.

Which one has a published price?

QuickBooks Online plan prices are published by Intuit and change with the plan, so this page does not copy a single number. Restaurant365's own pages have disagreed on the Professional price, so the quote is the price.
